APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS

The following are the basic requirements to be submitted:
  1. Résumé with scanned picture and job description
  2. Transcript of Records (Certified True Copy)
  3. Diploma (Certified True Copy)
  4. Seminar / Training Certificate
  5. Employment Certificate (at least 3 years experience)
  6. Birth Certificate
  7. Marriage Certificate
  8. Passport (original)
  9. Police Clearance
  10. NBI Clearance
  11. Medical Certificate
  12. Colored Photos
    • 4 pcs 2” x 2” (white background)
    • 2 pcs whole body (with uniform / formal attire)
  13. CD (with saved résumé)
  14. Long brown envelope with plastic
NOTE:
All requirements should be submitted in A4 size bond paper and copied into sets of three (3).
